Site work for a civil project in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of improvements to an existing stream and protection of an existing sanitary sewer with installation of in-stream structures, including log vanes, rootwads, log deflectors, along with areas of bank stabilization, including branch layering, log toe protection, and gravel bar removal; installation, maintenance, and removal of sediment control devices; concrete encasement of sanitary sewer; and all associated site restoration and landscaping, complete in place. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/20/2022 5:00 PM Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Borough of Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Borough of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals. liquidated damages in the amount of five hundred dollars ($ 500.00) per calendar day will be charged.
