Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES A. VCU Athletics Office's overall objective is to obtain a Contractor, or multiple Contractors, to cover the existing acoustic surface in the Siegel Center Arena with stretch fabric. This Contractor should be capable of covering existing acoustic panels in the Siegel Center arena; white acoustic surface is located high up on the arena walls making a continuous 360 degree panel on all four sides of the arena. The Contractor must cover existing acoustic panels with a black stretch fabric without removing what is currently in place. Minor modifications will need to be made to make room for a track system to secure the new fabric. Fabric shall be stretched over the core material and inserted into the stretching system and be free from wrinkles or sagging. Adhesives, nails and tape should not be used to secure fabric. Stretching system shall be engineered to allow the removal and replacement of fabric as needed leaving adjacent panels undisturbed.
