Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Pulaski, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is in one (1) Contract and consists of the following generally described work: CONTRACT 21-02 WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS New traveling water screen and automatic transfer switch at raw water intake New High Service Pump motors, variable frequency drives, and automatic transfer switch at high service pump room Site piping and other miscellaneous work New water treatment plant solids pumping station and valve structure New 8-inch force main for conveyance of water treatment plant solids The allotted construction time is 365 calendar days.; liquidated damages for non-completion are $1,000 per calendar day. All required contractor pre-qualification information must be submitted to the Engineer no later than the date of the Pre-Bid Conference. Inquiries should be directed to J.
