Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility in Pulaski, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility. As of December 29, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The following trades are being sought for this project: Demolition Asbestos Removal Masonry Structural and miscellaneous Steel Roof patching Fire stopping/Fire caulking Joint Sealants Metal stud framing and sheetrock Acoustical Ceilings Painting Fire Protection Plumbing HVAC Electrical Any bid received after this time will not be opened. All bidders must send two (2) copies of their bid Giles County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All vendors must comply with State of Tennessee and Giles County procurement laws.
