Renovation of a fire / police facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
In general, work under this contract consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Replace exterior luminaires with LED equivalent fixtures to meet minimum lighting standard for GOCB detachments, including the parking lot, front driveway, and building entrances. 2. Reinstatement, restoration, resurfacing and repair of areas disturbed as a result of the demolition of existing services and the installation of new services, trenches, conduit, wiring and equipment, including repainting of pavement markings.
