Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida is soliciting bids for construction services to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to upgrade the drainage system along Rifle Range Road from Wahneta Farms Canal north to 6th Street East with new infrastructure to help alleviate flooding conditions that occur along the roadway during heavy storm events. This project is federally funded with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This document is issued by Polk County (the County) which is the sole distributor of this bid and all addenda and changes to the bid documents. The County shall record its responses to inquiries and provide any supplemental instructions or additional documents pertaining to this bid in the form of written addenda to the bid. The County shall post all such addenda, together with any other information pertaining to this bid, on the Countys website.
