Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dunkerton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
For the Dunkerton Pre School and Admin Office Mechanical Upgrades . Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the total Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form or standard surety company form, or certified bank check fir 5 percent of bid amount made payable to the Dunkerton Community School District. Bid Security must be enclosed in separate envelope identified with Project Name and addressed and delivered to . Substantial Completion Date: All work except instlaltion of grade and roof top units: August 16, 2023 E. The Work is anticipated to commence after school lets out for the summer. The antispated start date is beginning of May 24, 2023 (Pending School Cancelations due to weather). Installation of all RTU's and grade mount units will be installed once recieved due. This is antispated to be outside of the summer due to long lead times for equipment . General Contractors may obtain (2) printed sets. Subcontractors and suppliers may obtain one printed set.
