The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") is soliciting bids for On-Call Structured Cabling Repair and Installation Services for use at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG") and at Miami University Airport ("OXD"). KCAB leases and operates OXD by terms of an agreement with Miami University, effective April 1, 2021. KCAB is seeking a qualified, experienced and responsible contractor to provide structured cabling repair and installation services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Outage and overnight work is expected to occur throughout the term of the agreement. The intent is to establish a contractor to provide KCAB with on-call structured cabling repair and installation services on an "as needed" basis at both airports. A single contract may be awarded to provide on-call structured cabling services at both CVG and OXD, or separate contracts may be awarded to provide services each site individually. Such determination will be made after bids are received and evaluated. KCAB intends to utilize these services on a variety of upcoming anticipated projects such as, but not limited to, the following: o Concourse A Information Booth Relocation o Interim EOC area cabling o Concourse A Baggage Makeup Colo Rack o Concourse B Gates
