The attachments which have been provided in this Notice are also available in electronic format from the Purchasing Department. The Scope of Work is defined by the Contract and generally involves the Admissions Building at the Magnetic Hill Zoo offices, Gift Shop and service spaces. There are two aging Air Conditioning Units (Split AC Units) that require replacement. AC-1 and AC-2 serve the Gift Shop (West) and Offices (East)respectively. The intent of this Tender is to replace the Split AC (Air Conditioning) Units with Split HP (Heat Pump) Units. award is subject to final approval.
