Base Bid: Selective demolition of an approximately 5,850 s.f. foot existing onestory office wing and construction of a new approximately 7,000 s.f. one-story office wing addition. The demolition Work includes, but is not limited to, concrete slab-on-grade, foundation walls, footings, and below grade utility service lines. The new Work includes, but is not limited to, cold-formed steel framed exterior bearing walls with brick and EIFS veneers, cold-formed steel roof trusses, standing seam metal roofing system, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, and exterior improvements. Alternate Bid No.1: Additional Finish Flooring Material Bids received will be opened and read aloud at the time and place stated. Late bids will not be considered. Bids must be hand-delivered (bids received via mail, delivery service, oral, telephonic, facsimile or other electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted).
