Demolition and site work for a transportation facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Project Description Over the last few years, C-TRAN has acquired several properties located along NE 18th Street. These acquisitions were intended to provide our organization the opportunity to expand the existing campus to the south by providing space for additional parking lots and expansion of the bus yard. Future plans include new employee parking, bus entrance, and high impact concrete. C-TRAN anticipates this construction to begin in mid-2023. As part of preparing the site forconstruction, the existing structures located at 6612 NE 18th Street requires hazardous materials abatement and be demolished to allow for grading and development of this area. No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents. Any clarification desired by a Bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Bid or Contract requirements must be requested in written form and received by C-TRAN by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022 Any questions submitted after the specified time will be addressed at the discretion of C-TRAN.
