*Per Owner, project cancelled, no plans for immediate re-bid.* Raising of Dwelling at 463 Redman Acres Road, Point Township The Work comprises the raising of one dwellings by lifting each dwelling onto cribbing, remove existing foundations and disposing of, construct concrete footers and steel columns, jack up dwellings so first floor elevations are at least 2 above the base flood elevation, install new foundation walls with flood vents, reset dwellings onto new foundation, reconnect existing utilities, construct ingress/egress on front and rear of dwellings, grade and seed all disturbed areas and all appurtenances for a complete job. and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with the Contract Documents. Scope: (a) The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation services, and all fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, Work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Specifications, Drawings, Schedules, and other Contract Documents as defined in the Contract, all of which are made a part hereof and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during construction in explanation of said Drawings or other Contract Documents.
