Renovation of a water / sewer project in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of interior painting including walls, floor, ceiling, piping and valves. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of East Greenville. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body project. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
