As of October 31, 2022, no proposals received. No definite date for the rebid. As of September 20th, 2022. Project has one bidder, CoralReef Energy Consulting. They have proposed a 488.4 kWDC project that has a PPA 25-year effective rate of $0.1134/kWh. Chester County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) is soliciting proposals to develop, construct and implement a project for the development of new solar projects at the Lanchester Landfill and Reclamation Center (LLaRC, located inNarvon, Pennsylvania. There is an operational solar project at LLaRC, rated at 300KW AC. LLaRC is allowing for two additional areas for solar development on their property. Inquiries are to be referred to Bob Watts, Executive Director at BWatts@chesterCSWA.org. No oral interpretations of this proposal request (RFP) will be made to any Proposer.
