Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable state statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, the Building Energy Conservation Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act or the Resident Labor Requirements Act, the Steel Products Procurement Act, the Trade Practices Act, the Public Works Contractor's Bond Act of 1967, and the Flood Plain Management Act. The Contractor must also comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and agrees to minimize pollution and will strictly comply with all applicable related laws and regulations. 2. The Contractor agrees to comply with nondiscrimination/sexual harassment provisions and will include such provisions in all contracts and subcontracts. 3.
