This solicitation is to bid for a one- time purchase for the provision of a walkway replacement for Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation at Dunbar Cave State Park. The website is constantly being updated with information to assist the agencies and vendors; you are encouraged to visit the website frequently. CONTRACTOR IS TO REMOVE EXISTING SIDEWALK AND APPROXIMATELY 2” OF DIRT. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT A NEW SIDEWALK APPROXIMATELY 7,000 SQUARE FEET. SIDEWALK WILL BE CONSTRUCTED BY INSTALLING 2” OF CRUSHER RUN GRAVEL PACKED, 6”X6” WELDED WIRE MASH, AND 3000 PSI CONCRETE 4” THICK. CONTRACTOR SHALL REPLACE ADA RAMP AT THE EXISTING LOCATION IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THE NEW SIDEWALK WILL MATCH EXISTING WITH A BRICK PATTERN. THE NEW SIDEWALK SHALL BE LEVEL WITH GROUND.
