The Project includes the following Work: The work to be performed (Work) consists the rehabilitation of approximately 9,000 linear feet of 8", 10", 12", and 15" diameter sewer using cured-in-place pipe lining. The Work includes sewer cleaning and pre- and post-rehabilitation television inspection as set out more fully in the Specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment as well as traffic control to complete the Work. Work may be conducted throughout the City of Clarksville Gas and Water Department's operating area (Site), with specific locations issued through Work Orders. Bids are requested for the following single prime Contract. The Project has an expected duration of 335 days to Substantial Completion after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and 365 days to readiness for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Upon mutual agreement of both parties the Contract Times may be extended a maximum of two (2) times for a oneyear term each period at the prices stated in Contractor's Bid. Bidders will be required to submit a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price in accordance with the Instructionsto Bidders. Upon Contract award, the Successful Bidder must provide performance and payment bonds in accordance with the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, at time of delivery of the executed Agreement to the Owner.
