Site work and paving for a civil project in Athens, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are being requested consists of the following: Creation, grading, and paving of new roadway and walking path, along with associated drainage improvements and housing lot grading, and other appurtenances. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to the OWNER or a satisfactory bid bond, meeting US HUD minimum bonding requirements (5%) as expressed at Form HUD-5369 Instructions to Bidders, Clause 9, executed by the bidder and a surety company shall be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn after the opening of the bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory assurance of completion in conformance with HUD Form 5369 Instructions to Bidders (Clause 10) The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities in bidding. a. May 26 th , 2023 - Completion of culvert placement and associated roadway work
