Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Oakland Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope of work consists of but not limited to: This project is federally funded under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All HUD Federal Rules and regulations pertaining to this project are applicable. This is a federally funded project that must meet all appropriate federal guidelines, including Davis Bacon and Related Acts as well as Section 3. Translation and/or interpretation services available upon request. If you have limited English Proficiency (LEP), please notify the City of Oakland Park.
