Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 26, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Scope of Work: Milling of existing concrete pavement and placement with asphalt pavement binder and surface courses. Contractor shall perform full-depth pavement removal and replacement as shown on the plans. Concrete curb and gutter shall be removed and replaced. New curb and gutter shall be mountable. The improvement has storm sewer removal and replacement along with new inlet and manhole structures. Additional work included removal & replacement of existing sidewalk extensions and driveway aprons. Contractor shall provide seeding and nutrients in disturbed areas. By making a proposal on the Project, the Bidder represents that the Bidder has examined the Scope of Work.
