Site work, new construction and renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction and improvements of the electrical, power systems, and instrumentation and controls (I&C) system for the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center (SMC WRC). The work consists of improvements to the plant's 15 kV electrical distribution system to support other equipment to be installed; electrical and I&C improvements to the first stage aeration area, replacement of existing DCS with new PLCs, construction of prefabricated buildings and associated foundations to house motor control centers and control equipment; installation of duct banks and extension of the plant wide fiber optic communication network; field instrumentation and programming required to connect to the Rockwell PlantPAx system; installation of workstations in the SMC WRC; and, all other associated improvements as described in the Contract Documents for the Steven M. Clouse WRC Electrical System Improvements - Phase 2B Project.
