Renovation of a municipal facility in Parish, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot municipal facility.
bids to replace the existing roof membrane on the 75ft x 80ft (6,000SF+/-) Parish Highway Building located at 25 Dill Pickle Alley, Parish, NY 13131. Based on the assessment of the roof, requests are required for recommendations for replacement as well as estimates for costs and work schedules. A 20 year warranty will be required upon completion of the project. Appointments can be made for inspection by contacting Doug Houghton, Town Councilor at 315-706-3401 or by e- mail at DH48@aol.com NYS Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this project. The Town of Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
