Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Parish, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof No interpretation of the meaning of Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents shall be made to any bidder orally, and any non-written responses to such shall not be deemed valid. If deemed necessary by the Architect, questions will be answered via a written Addendum sent to all Bidders. All bidders are to submit Pre-Bid RFI's in writing to those listed below.
