The project includes the repair and restoration anchors in existing concrete panels to reinforce and secure existing concrete panels. Work also includes, but is not limited to, the removal & replacement of all existing exterior joints & caulk on all openings, louvers, windows & doors on the kitchen addition. Apply elastomeric coating to surface of existing precast panels. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: OMB/DFM CONTRACT NO. MC3804000119 - HOWARD R.
