The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio and its affiliated entities (SAHA) invite proposals from qualified, experienced property management companies to provide management, operation, and compliance for the Snowden Apartments, LP, an approximately 135-unit multifamily housing project for Seniors age 62 years and older to be located at 7223 Snowden Road, San Antonio, Texas, 78240. In partnership with Snowden Apartments GP, LLC, the Snowden Apartments complex will be developed by the San Antonio Housing Facility Corporation (FAC).
