Work shall include furnishing of labor, material, and equipment. Bids will be received for single-prime, mechanical contractor. All proposals shall be lump sum. Project specific questions, bidding procedures, preferred brand alternates, performance specifications and HUB information will be addressed for this project. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents electronically and submit Pre-Bid Questions by visiting website. At the top of the website select Bidding, and find the applicable project. All others who obtain electronic Bid Documents or hard/paper Bid Documents through other means, including Plan Rooms, other Contractors, Owner, or third-party websites (Dodge, Bidsource, iSqFt., etc) are not considered Plan-holders. Only Plan-holders will be notified of Addenda."
