Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Muscatine, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids are invited upon the construction of the realignment of a stream and re-establishing the roadway embankment. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Muscatine, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The City Council will consider all bids received at its council meeting to be held at 7 p.m. on the 4th day of August 2022, at the City Hall, Muscatine, Iowa. The City of Muscatine reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Final completion of project must be attained by December 31, 2022. Bids may be held by the City of Muscatine for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
