The Muscatine Community School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of Muscatine Community School District. All bidders must comply with applicable Iowa laws on public projects. Bids shall be submitted to the Muscatine Community School District, 2900 Mulberry Ave, Muscatine, IA 52761 on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Ryan Castle, Director of Operations, Muscatine Community School District, 2900 Mulberry Ave, Muscatine, IA 52761. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 5 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Muscatine Community School District.
