Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 4, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Custom BT Location 1 : Big bear electric 119230 Location 2 : Schouten Electric 168760 Bid to pour a generator pad for a generator at the City Hall Offices and install and connect an automatic transfer switch to that generator. The City has purchased the generator and transfer switch. The generator hasn't shipped yet; however the specifications are attached. The city has received the transfer switch. The pad specification is attached. Furnish and install the conduit and wire. Wire must be sized for the generator and the length of the run. The transfer switch will need to be disassembled and the cabinet will need to be plasma cut and then all reassembled in the location it will be placed. The city will look at placing the generator in two different locations, provide a price for each location. Prices needs to include all additional materials, equipment, transportation, fuses, connectors, conduit, wires, grounding and labor to install. Installation must meet all national and local codes. Contractor must be present for testing of the equipment. single sided, excluding resumes.
