The Town of Chester is seeking proposals from Design Professionals or Rehabilitation Consultants and Environmental Consultants for the purpose of preparing plans, specifications and to provide construction administration and inspection for the Town's Housing Rehabilitation Program funded by federal Small Cities Grant funding for improvements and upgrades to privately-owned, single-family homes and for Cherry Hill Housing for the Elderly. The administrative areas include but are not limited to all bidding and contact compliance areas under the federal Small Cities program. The selection of the consultant will be based on all of the following criteria. Similar experience in the area of housing rehabilitation Current Workload Qualifications and experience in of staff assigned to this project Cost of services including either lump sum cost or by per diem hourly rates.
