The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms, and Signed Appendix A. This includes the residence visitors log and/or an attendance sheet provided by the maintenance department. Prevailing Wages and Certified Payroll: NYS Labor law requires that all contracted employees performing maintenance, repairs or capital improvements in state owned buildings receive the prevailing wage and supplements rate for the occupation in which they are working.
