Reference number : 1623436 Review Title : Winter Maintenance of Streets, Sidewalks and Snow Disposal Site Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No WINTER MAINTENANCE OF STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND THE WASTE SNOW SITE The City of Berthierville is asking for public tenders for the winter maintenance of streets, sidewalks and the snow disposal site. The documents relating to this call for tenders may be obtained as of July 9, 2022 via the electronic tendering system or by telephone at 1 866 669- 7326 . Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City of Berthierville, including the duly completed appendices, will be taken into consideration. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check issued by a recognized financial institution or a bid guarantee, for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the amount, taxes included. The check or bid bond must be payable to the order of Ville de Berthierville. The City of Berthierville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received without having to justify its decision and without incurring damages of any kind.
