The Town of Patagonia (Town) has been awarded American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) federal funding from the United States Congress and will accept sealed bids from qualified firms or individuals as registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: 1. Shead Drive Site: Extend existing 6" water main by approximately 458 LF using PVC C900 pipe material with flanged joints and fittings. Install twenty-three (23) water meters and pressure regulators provided by Town with new meter boxes. Install twenty-three (23) new 1" HDPE service lines from the main to the meter for all properties. A new 6" fire hydrant assembly and 2" combination air relief valve will be provided at the northwest cul-de-sac. An additional 2" combination air relief valve will be provided at the southeast cul-de-sac. 2. Rothrock Alley Site: Replace existing aged 4" water main with new approximately 1,475 LF of new 4" PVC C900 pipe with flanged joints and fittings. Abandon existing water pipe in-place at existing valves at the intersections of Rothrock alley and 4th avenue, and Rothrock alley and 3rd avenue. Abandon existing service lines in-place. Install eighteen (18) water meters provided by Town with new meter boxes. Upgrade eighteen (18) existing meters to current Town meter-reading requirements. Install thirty-six (36) new 1" HDPE service lines from water main to the meter. There will be new 4" and 6" gate valves at connection at Rothrock alley and 4th avenue, and two (2) 4" gate valves at connection at Rothrock alley and 6th avenue. A new 2" combination air relief valve will be provided at the eastern terminal end of main on Rothrock alley.
