The consultant shall review and consolidate all previous samples for asbestos from reports provided by BGIS into an excel database format that will be provided by BGIS. All samples shall be entered regardless of detect/non-detect. The consultant shall also include all annual reassessments. The consultant shall analyze the sample history and identify any homogeneous materials that did not receive at least 3 samples. Any gaps shall be addressed as part of sampling in 3.1.10 While assessing the past results and sampling protocol, the consultant shall take into consideration previous renovations in identifying and designating homogenous materials; preferably on a floor-by-floor basis such that samples will demonstrate a better representation of the unique history of each floor.
