(a) It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimum requirements for the 13,000-gallons fiberglass replacement tank and accessories as shown on the contract plans and specifications to be used by Water Division of the Department of Public Utilities within the City of Fresno. (b) All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall be included in the unit bid price. (c) All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in current production.
