As of September 20th, 2022 this project is pending an award decision. (a) It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimum requirements for the 13,000-gallons fiberglass replacement tank and accessories as shown on the contract plans and specifications to be used by Water Division of the Department of Public Utilities within the City of Fresno. (b) All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall be included in the unit bid price. (c) All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in current production. All products shall conform in design, strength, quality of material and workmanship to current industry standards.

a. NESWTF Existing Sodium Hypochlorite Tank Reference Drawing. (d) Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of any applicable manufacturer's Published Price List or website, and two copies of the manufacturer's descriptive literature and specifications or website, including a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty. (e) All equipment and accessories shall comply with regulations of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA), whichever is more restrictive.
