CTCR intends to award a firm, fixed price construction contract to furnish all labor, equipment, expertise, and specified materials necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the project. CTCR was awarded funding from Section 319 of the Clean Water Act Competitive Funding Program to control NPS pollution in the Armstrong, Pe'el, and Smith Creek Watersheds.
