Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

This is a Design-Build (DB) construction project to replace all existing inoperable emergency lights and exit signs located in buildings 20, 546, 592, and 1029 to meet all applicable sections of UFC 3-530, UFC 3-530-01, and UFC 3-600-01 for a fully functional emergency and exit system. The new emergency lights and exit signs must meet new industrial deigns with high output lamps, power indication, battery condition monitoring, fault indication with alarms and manual lamp test provisions. All work shall be performed and completed without disruption to the NFPC buildings 20, 546, 592, and 1029. If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $265.88 for each calendar day
