Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Subject project calls for a proposal to provide all labor, equipment, materials to construct additional climate controlled storage space within the interior of Facility 62630 for use by Naval Ordnance Training Unit (NOTU). As part of the design services, the Contractor shall develop the 35% drawings in to a full, 100% final design package to include drawings and technical specifications. The interior building modifications include removal of one non-bearing concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall between Room 109 (1210) and Room 111 (1220) to allow for the construction of one steel mezzanine and stair assembly with a material lift.
