All bids are subject to the policies listed at the bottom of this printed legal notice. Sealed bids for a Health Department Awning to be constructed at the Carroll County Health Department will be received by Carroll County Government at the Carroll County Office Complex on 625 High St., and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside the name and address of the Bidder and the project information Bid for Health Department Awning. The Purchasing Committee of Carroll County Government is the fi nal arbiter of all questions concerning the bids. It is the policy of Carroll County Government not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex or disability in its hiring and employment practices, or in admission to, or operation of its programs, services and activities pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d). The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, the right to accept or reject the lowest or best bid, and negotiate minor points with the successful bidder.
