Carroll County Tennessee Government (owner) is seeking sealed bids for the following items: Baler for the Carroll County Recycling Center All bids are subject to the policies listed at the bottom of this printed legal notice. RECYCLING CENTER BALER -- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside the name and address of the Bidder and the project information "BID FOR RECYCLING CENTER BALER". The sealed envelope must be enclosed and be addressed to: MAYOR JOSEPH BUTLER at the address listed above. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, the right to accept or reject the lowest or best bid, and negotiate minor points with the successful bidder. The Purchasing Committee of Carroll County Government is the fi nal arbiter of all questions concerning the bids. It is the policy of Carroll County Government not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex or disability in its hiring and employment practices, or in admission to, or operation of its programs, services and activities pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d).
