Renovation of a medical facility in Gillam, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project includes the replacement of the existing shingle roof system at the Gillam Hospital with either a new shingle roofing system or a new standing seam metal roofing system as noted on the project drawings. This includes all related work as described in the General Requirements and further detailed in the specification package. A shingle roofing option and a metal roofing option are requested for the base bid as well as the separate prices. The chosen roofing assembly will be consistent for all roof sections and any accepted separate prices.
