Project No. 632-22-137 Glycol Upgrade for Preheat Hot Water System, at Northport VA Medical Center in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), drawings, and specifications attached hereto. This project is located at Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Rd. Northport, NY 11768. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, and supervision to accomplish this project. Completion Time: Ninety-One (91) calendar days from the notice-to-proceed (NTP) date. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize to short duration and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern time except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer (CO). Work shall complywith Veterans Affairs (VA) Specifications and regulations, all applicable Federal, State and Local codes, including specific regulations related to working at Northport VAMC.
