To perform appurtenance modification and relocation, valve replacement, adjustment of utility structures to grade, and other pipeline protection, repair, and construction work on an as-needed basis on Calleguas Municipal Water District's facilities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, California. The Work involves performing appurtenance modification and relocation, valve replacement, adjustment of utility structures to grade, and other pipeline protection, repair, and construction work on an as-needed basis on Calleguas' facilities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, California. The Agreement shall be for one year in length from the date Calleguas executes the Agreement, with an option at the sole discretion of Calleguas to renew the Agreement on an annual basis for up to an additional two years. There is no specific dollar amount associated with this Contract. The quantity of this as-needed work is unpredictable and no minimum quantity of work is guaranteed to be authorized by Calleguas. All requests for information shall be submitted electronically through Questions and Answers section within the e-procurement system. Questions and answers will be provided to all businesses that have subscribed to the bid within the electronic system. No questions will be answered after 4:30 pm one week prior to the bid opening. Calleguas reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive minor informalities or irregularities not affecting substantial rights, and delay award of the Contract for a period of up to 60 calendar days after the bid opening date.
