Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform janitorial services THREE (3) days per week at the PA State Police, at Troop M Belfast, and in compliance with the specifications listed below estimated to be effective with four (4) one (1) year renewals. Questions must be submitted in writing to brmcgowan@pa.gov no later than July 26, 2022. Offeror must complete the cost matrix for this procurement in its entirety and attach (upload) with the bid submission. Attached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor.
