Site work construction Electrical construction Included with the all prime bid submittals over $100k you must provide the contactor/sub-contractor responsibility certification check sheet and also proof of participation in a class "A" apprenticeship program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees you will employ on the project and documentation verifying you participate in a class a apprenticeship program for each trade or classification listed. Sub-contractors must be identified and must also provide all requirements of the responsible contractors certifications
