The Town of Hope Mills is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering and design services related to various infrastructure and other municipal projects. Projects may include Stormwater, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Planning and Economic Development, survey and consultation for Town of Hope Mills staff projects. The Town will select an "on call" list of qualified firms to provide these services on an as needed basis. The list shall be effective for a period of two (2) years and shall be renewable thereafter at the discretion of the Town. Firms may contact the Stormwater Administrator, Elisabeth Brown, at 910-424-4555 ext.3516 or emailed to eabrown@townofhopemills.com for additional information. This RFQ does not commit the Town to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this request, or to procure or contract for services or supplies. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFQs received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFQ, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. The Town reserves the right to undertake such investigation as it deems necessary to verify the qualification of the firms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
