Construction began November 29, 2022. Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager/Contractor by Bismarck State College to facilitate the construction of the New Polytechnic Building at Bismarck, ND. 1. This project consists of construction of a new Polytechnic Building along with all associated sitework, relocation of the existing carpentry shop building and construction of a new storage building with a combined area of approximately 89,700 square feet. 2. The work will be issued in a series of phased packages (Bid Package) over the next several weeks / months. 3.
