This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals to submit proposals for exterior refresh and site upgrade as further described in Section 1 of the Appendix 3 of the RFP Particulars. CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for exterior refresh and site upgrade at 7 Riverstone Rd. Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of all windows and exterior doors, isolated patch retrofit of the building envelope, and raingear replacement. Site renewal works including retrofit of existing walkways, patios and stairs, re-grading and landscaping, playground landing upgrade, tree removal/pruning, fence repairs, electrical and lighting upgrades to the building and site. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. Building Permit and Development Permit will be applied and paid for by the Owner. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
