Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project: Buckley Yard Subdivision Filing No. 2 Residential Areas District: Buckley Yard Metropolitan District No. 2 The project consists of multiple phases of construction for the Buckley Yard Metropolitan District No. 2. The project is located in the City of Aurora, within the Northeast Quadrant of the intersection of S. Airport Blvd and E. Alameda Parkway. Site Improvements include overlot and over-excavation grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, domestic water, concrete flatwork and asphalt paving. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date the bids are opened. The bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked Bid for Bucky Yard Site Improvements , each Filing, or phase will have a separate bid tab and should state the name and address of the bidder. The entire contract and specifications documents shall be submitted with the bid. No proposals will be considered which are received after the time mentioned and any proposals so received shall be returned to the submitter and not be considered under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the submitter to see that their proposal is received on time at the stated location. All bidders are invited to attend. A bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance. Owners Rights Reserved. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid, to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening, all according to the best interests of the Owner.
