Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Cecile-de-Masham, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Description of procurement: - Demolition of existing building - Removal of existing septic system - Construction of a new building with the following characteristics: 11 sq.m. coatroom 4 toilets 1 surveillance room of 16 sq.m. - Construction of a new septic tank - Landscaping around the new building - Restoration of the premises Complete the Work for no later than June 9, 2023.
